Therapy Groups for Men
What does it mean to be a man? It’s a phrase we’ve heard so much that we don’t even think about the weight behind it. In these groups, we create a safe and collaborative environment to connect with other men, discuss the impact of cultural messaging around masculinity, and discover what it means for each individual to be his own kind of man. Men in these groups share and help one another without judgment, and find out that they really aren’t alone.
Is this group for you? If you’re an adult man struggling with identity, loneliness, depression, vulnerability/emotional connection, relationship challenges (romantic/family/social), disconnection, career issues, life transitions, stress, trauma, or internal conflict, this group would be a powerful space for you to explore yourself in the context of societal pressures with the support of a caring group of men.
