Fees

Moment Counseling Center is an out-of-network provider. Why? Because we believe in providing high-quality, personalized care that’s unrestricted by the limitations imposed by insurance providers. This allows us to scale session lengths to individual needs, communicate with clients outside of sessions, and provide holistic and customized support.

Our fee ranges from $120–$150 per 60-minute session.

But — you might still be able to use your insurance benefits! We partner with Mentaya, a service that helps clients maximize their out-of-network benefits and receive an average of 62% reimbursement for therapy sessions. Use the benefits calculator below to see if you qualify for reimbursement.

We also support our clients’ financial needs by:

  • Providing automated superbills to submit to insurance
  • Accepting Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards
  • Maintaining flexibility in scheduling to align with our clients’ budgets

Reduced Rate Opportunities

We offer a limited number of reduced rate slots to support clients in need of financial assistance. If you’re in need of a sliding scale option, please inquire at your free consultation.

We also offer occasional pro bono (zero cost) slots for those who are in need of urgent support and do not meet criteria for a higher level of care. Pro bono slots are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing expected cost of treatment. Following the intake session, Moment Counseling Center will send you a Good Faith Estimate detailing the agreed-upon session fees and anticipated frequency and duration of sessions.
