About Me
You could say that I got here the long way — my passion for writing, art, and literature led me to an undergrad degree in English and creative writing. I then fell into the business world, where I eventually led a digital agency, managing teams of people and high-profile accounts. And somehow all of this culminated in becoming a therapist, as providing direct, individual care for others became my primary life purpose. I bring my eclectic background and my whole self into the therapy room to meet my clients authentically in the moment, right where they are.
I’m a lover of people and animals, a spouse and parent, a reader, a writer, a daydreamer, a questioner, an admirer of art and music, and a wanderer in the woods.
